Your first session allows us to get to know one another, review your history, and set goals for therapy.

Follow-Up Sessions - 50 minutes
Regular sessions to continue the work, practice skills, and address ongoing challenges.

Payment Forms Accepted
We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and HSA/FSA cards) as well as checks. Checks should be made payable to Welcome Path Integrative Therapy, PLLC and presented at the time of service. Debit and credit cards are kept on file for billing purposes, and payment is due at the time of your session.

We understand that therapy is an important investment in your well-being. Sliding scale fees or payment plans may be available. Please contact us to discuss options.
Insurance Reimbursement
While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide superbills for clients who wish to submit claims for potential reimbursement from their insurance provider. Before booking, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your out-of-network therapy benefits, learn how to submit a claim, and see what may be covered. This helps you have a clear idea of what to expect.
Other Fees
Cancellation Fee
We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To allow us to offer the time to another client, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show up, a $135 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged. Medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
NSF/Charge Back Fee
If your payment check is returned as Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), or your credit card company reverses your payment, you will be charged a $35 fee to cover our costs.
Medical Records Request
This $50 fee is charged for compiling and sending your medical records to a third-party.
Documentation Fee
The fee for completing forms on your behalf (e.g., FMLA, disability, hospitals, insurance, etc.) is $150 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum. This fee compensates your therapist for the time invested in reviewing, completing, and submitting these documents.
Court Testimony and Appearance Fees
Please note that Welcome Path Integrative Therapy DOES NOT perform court evaluations nor voluntarily appear in court on behalf of individuals, children, or families. In the event that it is legally required by court order/subpoena to participate in any legal proceedings, a $2,000 retainer fee will be charged to cover required services, which are billed at $250 per hour:
• Preparation and submission of records
• Consultations with other professionals involved in the case
• Travel time to/from court-related activities
• Any other court-related services provided
Good Faith Estimate
Starting January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of your therapy services. This estimate gives you an idea of what to expect based on your needs, the reason for therapy, and any relevant details. It’s designed to help you feel informed and prepared. Please note that the estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change if additional services are needed.
